The Mania Magazine is not a blog and it is not a tube aggregator. It is a weekly editorial companion to the archive — a place where a chapter gets read closely, an artist gets profiled properly, and a translator gets to explain the pun that did not survive machine conversion.

Every Tuesday we publish the Mania Digest: a curated table of contents for the week ahead, plus one long-read feature. Once a month we run a deeper Feature Issue — a translator interview, a curatorial essay, a con-floor dispatch from Tokyo or Berlin — and on the in-between weeks we still ship three columns, one artist spotlight, and a reader-mail column the editors genuinely enjoy answering.

Everything you read here is written by humans on the masthead, copy-edited by the same humans, and fact-checked against the archive before it goes out. No auto-generated summaries. No AI-written reviews of AI-drawn art. No pop-unders. If you have been looking for an adult manga destination that treats the medium like a medium, this is it.
